Swale Service

About Our Swale Service

Our Swale service supports people who have drug and alcohol issues living in Faversham, the Isle of Sheppey, Sittingbourne, and the surrounding villages. Our main centre is in Sittingbourne with services in Faversham and Sheerness where we work closely with local partner agencies.

To access our services, individuals can make an online referral using the forms below or call us – people need to be ready to share a few brief details. They will be allocated a keyworker who will contact them to book an initial assessment. Each assessment takes about one hour during which time we’ll ask about their history and goals for the future.
