ReNew is a service run by Change Grow Live in partnership with The Forward Trust. It helps people living in Hull with drug and/or alcohol use. We also offer specialist help to those who are impacted by the drug and/or alcohol use of a loved one or significant other.
We have several hubs around Hull, suited to recovery, health and wellbeing, and drug & alcohol treatment.
When we first receive a referral, we’ll assess the service user to understand more about them and their circumstances. Then, we’ll create a plan to outline how we can work with everyone to get the best results possible to create long lasting behaviour change.
Services offered at Renew include:
One-to-one and group support catered to meet each stage of the recovery journey.
A community rehabilitation ‘Day Rehab’ programme for people who want structured support to maintain abstinence and continue to work towards long lasting change.
A dedicated family and friend's service that includes one-to-one and group support. Groups that we deliver are Recovering Families and M-PACT. Our one-to-one work can also include whole family approaches and couple’s support.
Help to detox and reduce from all substances, including thorough aftercare planning and support.
Support from peers who have been through similar experiences.
This service is for people who:
Are aged 18+.
Live in Hull.
Have issues with drugs and/or alcohol or are impacted by the drug/alcohol use of a loved one / significant other.
Our Independent Family Service also able to support those out of area, if their loved one is attached in some way to a Hull postcode i.e. attending a residential rehab in Hull, or is currently in a Hull prison.
