Adult Jobs and Skills for Londoners Fund

What is the Adult Jobs and Skills for Londoners Fund?

The Adult Jobs and Skills for Londoners Fund is a face-to-face and remote three-week training programme that aims to get people living in London into careers in the sustainability sector. In 2023, we received an Ofsted rating of ‘Good’, demonstrating the high level of service we deliver.

In addition to the rigorous training programme, participants will receive one-to-one career support from a qualified employment coach for up to three months after the completion of the original three-week course.

Access to this service also includes:

  • Qualifications in Climate Change and Environmental Awareness (Level 2) or Employability (Level 1).

  • Careers information, advice, and guidance.

  • Spotlight sessions with employers to find out more about their sectors.

  • Guaranteed job or apprenticeship interviews with employers.

  • Tailored job and apprenticeship searches.

  • Intensive careers coaching.

This service is funded by the Mayor of London’s Jobs and Skills for Londoners Fund
