We can help you develop your Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) or Social Value policies, recruitment plans, retention aims, and training programmes. A dedicated account manager facilitates work placements, work experience and salaried employment for new talent.

We offer comprehensive pre-employment and work readiness support delivered through a job coaching model. Opportunities for your employees to get involved though volunteering and engagement is also available. And we’ll also help to project your CSR or Social Value impact and maximise your Apprenticeship Levy funding.

Our services

Recruitment service

We can support your recruitment needs for entry and mid-level job and apprenticeship roles, working with you to ensure you receive high quality candidates. This service includes access to our database of candidates, as well as pre-screening, matching, and interview support. We also provide in-work support for candidates you employ through our intensive Employment Advisor Model, helping to ensure the best possible start for your new recruits.

Work-readiness support

We prepare suitable candidates according to the needs of your sector and organisation. This may be through bespoke workshops, CV reviews, and interview practice, including guaranteed interviews with our clients and learners in prisons and the community.

Thought leadership

Lead the way in developing new insight and innovation by attending, hosting, or sponsoring our roundtables on topics affecting employers. This could include training, recruitment and selection, developing staff, substance use issues, mental health awareness, or other issues.

Information, advice, and networking opportunities

We offer free or discounted information and advice to employers, as well as access to [EW1] monthly job fairs and local networking events.

Staff training

Our staff can provide training for existing and incoming employees. This includes consultancy to support effective management of ex-offenders, unemployed, those not in education, employment, or training (NEET), and people in recovery.
